After a lifetime of caring for everyone but myself, working non-stop through COVID in healthcare, and fitting into society's mold for perfection - I ended up with debilitating mystery illness, ADHD burnout, anxiety and depression, an eating disorder, and overwhelming exhaustion. I knew I, and so many others, deserved and were capable of more.

So I stepped outside the limits of the broken system and healed myself so I could heal others and create never-ending ripples of impact. I left my traditional physical therapy job and built my own soul-fulfilling six figure somatic healing and nervous system coaching business.

In the process, I struggled, made mistakes, and realized I could be the most powerful coach in the world, but if I couldn’t run a business and find clients - it didn’t matter. So I invested thousands of hours and dollars into learning from the most successful mentors in the world.

It was when I combined all that embodied knowledge with targeted Nervous System work, that everything took off. Without the foundational recalibration of your Nervous System capacity, your results, speed, longevity, and effectiveness with clients are all inherently limited.

Mindset isn’t enough. Systems aren’t enough. Your subconscious limiting beliefs and hidden Fight or Flight will keep you stuck. And I can’t have that because the world needs you NOW, and I can’t change the world alone.
